Teo Whitlock is a motivated School-Based Trainee at McGrath, supporting the team across Bellingen, Sawtell and Coffs Harbour. Having lived in Sawtell for 11 years, he has developed a strong appreciation for the local community, coastline, and lifestyle that make the Coffs Coast such a special place to call home.
Passionate about meeting new people and learning more about the local market, Teo enjoys building connections and gaining valuable experience within the real estate industry. His enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn have already seen him contribute to the business, including helping secure appraisal opportunities while continuing to build his knowledge and confidence. Teo chose McGrath after completing work experience with the team, impressed by the supportive culture and genuine respect shown to every person who walks through the door. Currently undertaking his school-based traineeship, he is focused on developing his skills and creating a strong foundation for his future career.
Outside of work, Teo loves surfing, swimming, spending time at the beach, and getting to know people in the community.
Reach out to Teo if you see him around the community – he’s always keen to connect, learn, and help where he can.
